Request for Proposals: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I Programs for Program Year 2025

Background
The Mississippi Partnership Workforce Development Area is seeking proposals for the provision of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I programs for Program Year 2025. This initiative aims to support One-Stop Operators and Adult & Dislocated Worker Career & Training Services Providers, aligning with the goals of the WIOA of 2014 and relevant state regulations.

The service area includes the following counties: Alcorn, Attala, Benton, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Clay, DeSoto, Grenada, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee, Lowndes, Marshall, Monroe, Montgomery, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Tate, Tippah, Tishomingo, Union, Webster, Winston, and Yalobusha.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025.
