Request for Proposals for Professional Services to Newton Municipal School District for the 2026-27 School Year

Scope of Work Requested

Newton Municipal School District is seeking comprehensive proposals from vendors to deliver professional educational services that align with the Mississippi College- and Career-Readiness Standards. The primary objective is to support both teacher/administrative development and student achievement across all academically tested areas for grades PK 12, including Math, Reading, English Language Arts, and Science.

Vendors are invited to submit proposals that address one or more of the following service areas:

• Teacher coaching and instructional leadership support in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies
• Individual and group student tutoring in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies
• Early childhood education support (Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten)
• Special education support
• Gifted and other special populations support
• Support for English Learners and other special populations
• ACT/ACT WorkKeys or other transition or assessment supports
• Social emotional, mental health, and trauma-informed training/supports
• Student transition programs/supports
• Federal program support (Title I, II, IV, V, IDEA)
• Administrator coaching and leadership development
• Professional development/training platforms
• Technology solutions
• Other services that align with the vision, mission, and goals of Newton Municipal School District

Background
