Rankin County District Attorney Office Building

Work Requested:

Instructions on Submission:
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on May 28, 2026, after which they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each electronic bid must include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number and a signed copy of the bid sheet as part of the PDF submittal. Any electronic PDF bid that does not include the Certificate of Responsibility Number will not be considered.
• Sealed Submission: Sealed bids may be delivered to the Rankin County Board of Supervisors at Suite A, 211 East Government Street, Brandon, Mississippi 39042. All sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with "Bid: Rankin County Justice Center Re-Roofing and HVAC Improvements" and must have the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number written on the outside. Bids not properly marked will not be opened or considered.
