Background
The Okolona Area Chamber/Main Street is seeking proposals for the construction of a splash pad park. This project aims to enhance community recreation and engagement, aligning with the agency's mission to promote local development and improve public amenities.

Work Details
The project will entail the following work areas:

1. Concrete Work: demolition of existing concrete and pouring of new concrete;
2. Plumbing Work: installation of water lines, sprinklers, etc.;
3. Excavation Work: leveling displaced dirt and filling in holes;
4. Electrical Work: installation of the sprinkler system;
5. Construction of an overhead pavilion;
6. Construction of a concrete sidewalk around the perimeter.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until project completion, with a proposal submission deadline set for May 19, 2025, at 5 PM.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the designated site for the splash pad park within Okolona, Mississippi.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide General Liability insurance with coverage of $1,000,000, listing Okolona Area Chamber/Main Street as insured.
