Professional Video Production Services for Communication and Outreach Initiatives

Background
The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) is seeking professional video production services to enhance its communication and outreach initiatives. The goal of this contract is to support MDEQ's mission of environmental protection and public education through the creation of engaging video content.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive video production services, including:

- Videography and Cinematography: High-quality video content capture, including drone footage.

- Scriptwriting and Storytelling: Development of narratives that align with MDEQ’s objectives.

- Editing and Post-Production: Editing video/audio, creating graphics, and producing final products for various platforms.

- Project Management: Coordination with MDEQ staff to ensure timely delivery of content that meets specified objectives. The contractor must demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of video production and relevant experience in environmental or public service storytelling. They must also possess necessary equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a period of four (4) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional year, subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at the contractor's facilities but may also require on-site work at various locations as determined by MDEQ.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered to do business in Mississippi and have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). They must not be currently debarred from future contracts by any government entity. Additionally, the contractor must maintain adequate insurance coverage including Worker’s Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance of at least $1 million, and Employee Fidelity Bond Insurance.
