Printing & Labeling Services for MS Market Bulletin Publication

Background
The Mississippi Department Agriculture and Commerce (MDAC) is seeking competitive bids for the Printing, Labeling, and Presort Mailing of its Marketing Bulletin. The contract period is estimated to be from March 16, 2025, through March 15, 2028.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to provide printing, labeling, and presort mailing services for the MS Market Bulletin Publication. The bidder must ensure all questions have been answered within the RFX and all proposed items in the RFX have a response.
Sealed competitive bids will be received until July 25, 2024, at 04:00 PM CST at the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce Building Office or electronically through the State of Mississippi’s MAGIC system. Bidders must furnish all information requested in the bid specifications and may be required to submit product samples for inspection and evaluation.

Period of Performance
The contract period is estimated to begin on March 16, 2025, through March 15, 2028, for a period of three years with two optional renewals under the same Pricing, Terms, and Conditions at the sole discretion of the MDAC.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce Building Office located at 121 North Jefferson Street, Jackson, Mississippi, 39201.
