Phase III Concrete Surfacing, FY 2026 MDOT Multi-Modal Construction

Background
The ITAWAMBA COUNTY PORT COMMISSION is issuing a solicitation for the construction of Phase III Concrete Surfacing as part of the FY 2026 MDOT Multi-Modal project. The goal of this contract is to enhance infrastructure through concrete surfacing, which aligns with the agency's mission to improve transportation and multimodal access in the region.

Work Details
The project includes the following approximate quantities:

- Mobilization (1 LS)
- Excess Excavation (PM) (1400 CY)
- Borrow Material (PM) (975 CY)
- Concrete Pavement (1600 SY)
- Geotextile Fabric Stabilization (1600 SY)
- Crushed Stone (270 CY)
- Silt Fence (300 LF)
- Wattles (25 LF).

All work must comply with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations governing construction.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed until September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at various locations within Itawamba County, Mississippi.

Bidder Requirements
