Optional Pre-Bid Conference for Upcoming Project at Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport

Background
The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) is issuing a solicitation for the Apron Rehabilitation – Phase 1 project at Hawkins Field Airport. This project is part of their ongoing efforts to maintain and improve airport infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency in airport operations.

Work Details

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed to perform work within the state of Mississippi. They are required to make good faith efforts to subcontract a minimum of 30.35% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (DBE).

Additionally, bidders must comply with federal requirements including Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Davis-Bacon Requirements, and others as outlined in the solicitation.
