Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center Equipment Purchase Rolling Performance Stage System

The Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center is seeking bids for the purchase of a Rolling Performance Stage System.

The Mississippi Coast Coliseum Commission is the requesting agency for this equipment procurement.

This contract is part of an ongoing effort to enhance the facilities at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center by acquiring new equipment, specifically a rolling performance stage system.

Contract requirements include:

• Submission of bids for the Rolling Performance Stage System as specified in the bid information packet.
• All required documents, including the BID form (Attachment E from the information packet), must be included with the submission.

Instructions for submission:

• Bidders may submit their bids electronically through Central Auction House in place of a sealed bid.

• If submitting in person (not electronically), one (1) copy of the BID form and all required documents must be packaged, sealed, and delivered to:

  Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
• All submissions must be received no later than 2:00PM on July 16th, 2026.
