Master Plumber Services Needed Following Resignation

Background
Ellisville State School has issued this invitation for bids to solicit sealed bids from qualified providers for Plumbing Services. The agency seeks assistance in providing qualified and experienced plumbing services for its Main Campus and adjoining employee housing located at 1101 Highway 11 South, Ellisville, MS 39437. This contract is necessitated by the resignation of the previous plumber effective March 26, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform plumbing services as described in Attachment 'H', which includes but is not limited to: providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to complete plumbing tasks.

The contractor must ensure that all personnel are well-groomed and identifiable while on state property. They will also be responsible for adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment. Specific tasks may include repairs, installations, maintenance of plumbing systems, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance is from July 3, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The contract may be renewed for up to four successive one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Ellisville State School's Main Campus located at 1101 Highway 11 South, Ellisville, Mississippi 39437, and its adjoining employee housing across Highway 11.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have at least five years of experience in providing similar plumbing services. They must possess a valid business license in Mississippi and a professional license or certificate in plumbing services.

Bidders are required to provide references and achieve a minimum score on the Reference Score Sheet during evaluations. Additionally, they must maintain appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation as specified.
