Marketing and Promotion Services for Coastal Mississippi Tourism Bureau

Background
The Mississippi Gulf Coast Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau, d/b/a COASTAL MISSISSIPPI, is seeking proposals for marketing/advertising agency services to attract and serve visitors by communicating and facilitating the COASTAL MISSISSIPPI experience. The Bureau is looking for a creative agency to create campaigns that increase awareness of COASTAL MISSISSIPPI as a travel and tourism destination and attract overnight visitors.

Work Details
The selected agency will collaborate with COASTAL MISSISSIPPI and its affiliated agencies to provide media strategy, media planning, media negotiations, media buying, advertising strategy, marketing communications, traditional and digital advertising, branded content, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and monthly reporting on campaign performance.
The agency will also be responsible for developing an advertising strategy utilizing creative campaigns that support organizational strategies and goals.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to begin in July 2024 after the contract negotiations are completed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in the three counties encompassing Coastal Mississippi.
