Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Supplies and Services Negotiated Agreement

Background
The State of Mississippi, through the Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking vendors to enter into a nonexclusive, negotiated contract for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and services. This initiative aims to enhance the procurement process for essential commodities while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management oversees this contract to facilitate efficient purchasing for state agencies.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide a range of MRO products and services that meet or exceed specified quality standards. The contract encompasses various categories including air purifiers, abrasives, acoustical tiles, electrical cables, fasteners, safety equipment, hand tools, janitorial supplies, plumbing fixtures, refrigeration equipment, and more.

Vendors are encouraged to propose as many eligible products as possible from the provided list in Attachment A. All items must conform to the specifications outlined in the solicitation document. Additionally, vendors must submit a signed proposal letter indicating their interest in the contract along with a detailed price list reflecting a minimum discount of 10% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on September 1, 2026, and will terminate on August 31, 2027. Pricing shall remain firm for a twelve-month period during which no price increases will be allowed.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is primarily within the State of Mississippi as required by state agencies utilizing the MRO supplies and services.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the State of Mississippi E-Procurement System (MAGIC) and ensure their profiles are current. They must also provide a dealers' list of authorized distributors registered in MAGIC.

Vendors should indicate if they or any listed distributors are considered Minority Vendors. Additionally, vendors must certify that they are authorized to do business in Mississippi and that neither they nor any subcontractors are debarred from bidding on state contracts.
