Lease Opportunity for Commercial Space at Waveland Lighthouse

Background
The City of Waveland is issuing a Notice of Intention to Lease Commercial Space located at The Waveland Lighthouse, pursuant to Miss. Code Section 21-17-1.

The goal of this contract is to lease certain commercial city property within the parking lot for potential beach vendors.

Work Details
The City may lease up to 25% of the existing parking areas for potential beach vendors, although the exact number of leased spots available is currently undecided.

Interested parties are requested to submit proposals for a monthly rent for the commercial space. Proposals must include the name of the entity or individual and should state 'Intention to Lease City Property at the Waveland Lighthouse' on the envelope.

The terms of the lease will be proposed by the city for any submission that is awarded.

Period of Performance
The lease term is from May 17, 2025, to May 16, 2026.

The geographic location for this contract is within the parking lot of The Waveland Lighthouse, Beach Blvd, Waveland, MS 39576.
