Laboratory Equipment and Supplies Procurement Bid - Submission Deadline July 17, 2024

Background
The State of Mississippi, through the Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management, is seeking a negotiated contract for Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. The contract will be effective from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to furnish the State with its normal requirements of laboratory equipment and supplies on a nonexclusive basis for a period of twelve months. The commodities covered include laboratory equipment and supplies. The Contractor must provide a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers.
The State has the right to purchase from this Contract in accordance with specified regulations.
The Contractor is required to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the State of Mississippi from all claims arising out of or caused by the Contractor's performance or failure to perform under this Agreement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of twelve months, starting from October 1, 2024, and ending on September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the State of Mississippi.
