Background
The DeSoto County School Board of Education is seeking unpriced proposals for the procurement of Interactive Flat Panels. The goal of this contract is to enhance educational services through the provision of modern interactive technology in classrooms. Work Details
The contract involves providing between 70 to 150 Smart Board GX175 Series 75” LED interactive panels, including installation and all necessary supplies. Each panel must feature:
- 4K UHD resolution
- 20-point touch capability
- Android Version 11.0
- 4GB DDR4 RAM
- 32GB storage.

The bid includes two line items: one for wall-mounted installation and another for panels mounted on carts. All prices must include delivery and installation costs. Warranty terms require a five-year onsite support warranty and telephone technical support for the life of the panel. Installation must be performed by a qualified installer located within a five-hour drive from DeSoto County, MS.

Period of Performance
The bid will expire on April 7, 2026, with prices remaining fixed until that date. Unpriced proposals are due by May 13, 2025, at 9:30 AM CST, with a reverse auction scheduled for May 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various schools within the DeSoto County School District located in Hernando, Mississippi.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of a qualified installer with their proposal submission. They are also required to submit a completed W-9 form and insurance documentation showing liability coverage of $1 million and workers' compensation coverage of $500,000 per occurrence. Vendors must accept purchase orders and agree to net payment terms of 45 days.
