Instructional Supplies and Software

The Laurel School District is seeking proposals for the provision of instructional supplies and software as part of its 2026 Reverse Auction.

Specifically, the district is requesting:

• Un-priced proposals for instructional supplies and software, to be evaluated for qualification.
• Qualified bidders will be invited to participate in a reverse auction scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. CST.

This solicitation is issued by the Laurel School District.

The purpose of this contract is to procure instructional supplies and software for the district through a reverse auction process, ensuring competitive pricing and quality offerings for the 2026 academic year.

Contract requirements include:

• Submission of sealed, clearly marked, un-priced proposals by 9:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
• Registration with Central Bidding is mandatory to participate in the reverse auction.
