Instructional Supplies and Software 2026

The Laurel School District is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide instructional materials, supplies, and online software. The requested work includes, but is not limited to:

• Supplying print materials, textbooks, and workbooks
• Providing educational resources and online learning programs that align with Mississippi State Standards
• Offering professional development services, if required

The requesting entity is the Laurel School District (LSD).

This solicitation is part of the district's ongoing efforts to enhance educational resources and ensure compliance with state standards. The contract terms will be negotiated after vendor selection. All contracts are subject to review, and projects will be awarded upon signing a contract that details the terms, scope, budget, and other relevant information.

To be considered, vendors must:

• Submit sealed proposals that demonstrate their expertise, methodology, and proposed educational initiatives
• Ensure all materials and software meet Mississippi State Standards

All mailed or hand-delivered proposals must be sealed and received by the deadline. Proposals submitted after June 3, 2026, at 9:00 am CST will not be considered.
