Engineering Services for Port of Rosedale Multi-Modal Expansion Project, Phase One

Background
The Rosedale-Bolivar County Port Commission is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering services for the Port of Rosedale Multi-Modal Expansion Project, Phase One. The project aims to expand the port's multi-modal capabilities and improve its infrastructure.

Work Details
The selected engineering firm will be responsible for providing various engineering services, including preliminary site design, preparing studies to comply with the NEPA process, creating construction plans and specifications, assisting with the distribution of construction bid documents, bid opening and preparation of bid tabulations, assisting with the execution of construction contracts, conducting pre-construction conferences, providing required construction services, submitting periodic reports on construction progress, reviewing construction contractor payment requests, and assisting with final inspections and project close-out.
