Educational Services and Support for Pearl Public School District

Background
The Pearl Public School District is a premier, A-Rated school district located in Mississippi, serving over 4200 students and their families, along with more than 530 employees. The district aims to maintain its reputation for educational excellence. The last upgrade of the independent data frame network switching infrastructure occurred during the 2015-2016 school year. The existing fleet of switches has reached end of sale status and will soon be unsupported. This bid seeks to procure necessary network infrastructure components for each school's independent data frame (IDF) closets.

Work Details
The contract involves providing wired infrastructure components, specifically Cisco Catalyst 9200L switches or equivalent products. Vendors must ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and provide documentation to demonstrate that proposed products meet or exceed specifications. The specific equipment needs include:

1. Pearl Early Childhood Education Center:
- 1 x IDF 48-Port PoE Switch
- 1 x IDF 24-Port PoE Switch
- 2 x Stacking Kit

2. Pearl Lower Elementary School:
- 5 x IDF 48-Port PoE Switch
- 3 x IDF 24-Port PoE Switch
- 8 x Stacking Kit

3. Pearl Northside Elementary School:
- 8 x IDF 48-Port PoE Switch
- 2 x IDF 24-Port PoE Switch
- 10 x Stacking Kit

4. Pearl Upper Elementary:
- 7 x IDF 48-Port PoE Switch
- 0 x IDF 24-Port PoE Switch
- 7 x Stacking Kit

5. Pearl Junior High School:
- 14 x IDF 48-Port PoE Switch
- 8 x IDF 24-Port PoE Switch
- 22 x Stacking Kit

6. Pearl High School:
- 7 x IDF 48-Port PoE Switch
- 9 x IDF 24-Port PoE Switch
- 16 x Stacking Kit

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed during the E-Rate Cycle for the year spanning from July 2025 to June 2026.

The contract will be performed at various locations within the Pearl Public School District in Pearl, Mississippi.
