Background
The University of Mississippi (UM) Graduate School and Department of Outreach and Continuing Education is seeking proposals for the implementation of a Higher Education Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software aimed at enhancing student recruitment efforts.

3. Automation capabilities to streamline workflows and detect at-risk prospects.
4. Support for processing up to 60,000 prospect records annually.
5. Role-based permissions for user access.
6. Comprehensive training resources including self-paced tutorials and certifications.
7. Detailed documentation and hands-on training sessions prior to transitioning maintenance responsibilities to UM staff.
8. The ability to fully deploy the solution within nine months from contract award.

The initial contract duration is three years, with potential extensions based on periodic reviews by UM.
