Contract No. 2 - Rehabilitation of Airfield Drainage System

The Meridian Airport Authority is seeking bids for the Rehabilitation of Airfield Drainage Systems at Meridian Regional Airport, Key Field, Meridian, Mississippi.

The scope of work for Contract No. 2 includes:

• Cured-in-place pipe lining on multiple sizes of drainage pipe
• Associated incidental work on the airfield

The Meridian Airport Authority is the entity requesting these services.

This solicitation is part of a broader effort to maintain and improve airfield infrastructure at Meridian Regional Airport, Key Field. The rehabilitation of the drainage system is critical to ensuring the continued safe and efficient operation of the airport.

Contract requirements include:

• Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid
• Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds
• No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for a period of ninety (90) days
• Each bidder must provide a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility; bids without this certificate will not be opened or considered

Instructions for submission:

• Sealed bids must be submitted to the Meridian Airport Authority in the airport conference room, 2811-A Highway 11 South, Meridian, Mississippi
• Bids will be received until 10:00 am, Tuesday, May 12, 2026
• Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted
• Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time and location
• Bidding and Contract Documents may be purchased from the Engineer for a non-refundable fee of $75.00
