Background
The Board of Supervisors of Holmes County, Mississippi, is issuing a solicitation for the construction of 33.521 miles of reseal on designated roadways as part of the State Aid Program (SAP) Project No. SAP-26(21)S.
This project aims to improve local infrastructure and ensure safe transportation within the county.

The contract will be performed over a period of 120 working days.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount made payable to Holmes County and the State of Mississippi.
