Construction Bid Opportunity: City of Biloxi Warehouse Metal Building Lean-To Project

Background
The City of Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a 50’ x 300’ x 20’ single slope pre-engineered metal building lean to roof system at the City of Biloxi warehouse located at 321 Division Street in Biloxi, MS. The project requires all labor, materials, and equipment for construction within a maximum time allowable of thirty (30) calendar days following the City’s written order to commence.

Work Details
The work on which proposals are invited consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment to construct a 50’ x 300’ x 20’ single slope pre-engineered metal building lean to roof system at the City of Biloxi warehouse located at 321 Division Street in Biloxi, MS.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond if the bid equals or exceeds $25,000.
Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty consisting of a Bid Bond, Cashier’s Check or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid.
All persons having a contract with the City of Biloxi must adhere to the City's policy concerning non-discrimination without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex, national origin, or handicap.

Period of Performance
The maximum time allowable for completion of said project is thirty (30) calendar days following the City’s written order to commence (Notice to Proceed).

Place of Performance
The construction project will take place at the City of Biloxi warehouse located at 321 Division Street in Biloxi, MS.
