Work Details

Additionally, the vendor must supply 570 Google Chrome OS Management Console licenses and provide 'White Glove Service' to load Chrome licenses before shipping. Each Chromebook must be delivered with a UZBL Rugged Hard Shell Air Style Case and asset tags attached prior to shipment. The vendor is responsible for ensuring all equipment is new and purchased from authorized resellers, including all necessary accessories and support for full functionality. All items must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period spans from the bid release on March 11, 2026, until the final delivery of equipment by June 30, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a certificate of insurance documenting liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and workers’ compensation insurance. They are required to submit an unpriced proposal by March 30, 2026, to be eligible for participation in the electronic reverse auction on April 2, 2026. Bidders must also complete a W-9 form and include it with their proposal.
