Chastain Flynt Library Renovations Bid Invitation

Background
The City of Flowood, MS is issuing a bid invitation for renovations at the Chastain Flynt Library. The purpose of this contract is to enhance the library's interior, aligning with the city's mission to provide quality public services and facilities to its residents.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following tasks:

- Removal and replacement of carpet
- Painting
- Removal and replacement of ceiling tiles
- Removal and replacement of HVAC diffusers

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their proposals in either paper form or electronically. Paper bids must be submitted in duplicate to the office of the City Clerk at Flowood City Hall. Each envelope must be sealed and clearly marked with the project title, including the Bidder’s Name and Certificate of Responsibility Number.
