Bidding Opportunity: New 400 GPM Water Well Installation

Background
The Tri County Water Association is seeking sealed bids for Contract A - New 400 GPM Water Well installation. The contract is expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Rural Water Association Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG). Minority and women’s business enterprises are encouraged to bid as prime contractors and to inquire about potential subcontracting opportunities and supply needs. The procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.

Work Details
The contract involves the installation of a new 400 GPM water well. The Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents can be examined at specific locations. Copies of the Contract Documents are available for viewing and obtaining at www.clearpointbids.com.
Electronic bids may be submitted in lieu of paper bids at the same website. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents.

Period of Performance
Sealed bids for Contract A - New 400 GPM Water Well will be received until 10:00 AM (Local Time) on May 14, 2024.
The advertisement for bids was posted on April 3, 2024 & April 10, 2024.

Place of Performance
The installation work will take place at the Office of Tri County Water Association located at 838 Co Rd 7, Taylorsville, MS 39168.
