Bid 26-013 Hpsd Hvac Maintenance

Work Requested:
The Hattiesburg Public School District is seeking sealed bids/proposals for HVAC Maintenance services. The work under this contract will involve providing maintenance for HVAC systems across the District, in accordance with the specifications on file.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Hattiesburg Public School District.

Background:
Bids/proposals will be received at the District's Central Office, located at 301 Mamie Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401, until 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Friday, April 17, 2026. At that time, all submissions will be publicly opened.

Contract Requirements:
- All proposals must comply with the specifications provided by the District.
- The District reserves the right to amend specifications as necessary and will notify all who have requested bid packets of any changes.
- The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, as defined in Miss. Code Ann. 31-7-13.
- The District reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and to reject any and all bids.
- The District may select one or more vendors to provide services to one or more areas of the project, based on proposals received, pricing, qualifications, or other evaluation criteria.

- Submit proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid 26-013 HPSD HVAC Maintenance."
- Mail or deliver to:

- Bids/proposals should include an original and one electronic copy on a USB drive if mailed.
