Axis Door Station and Gallagher Access Controls Bid 399-DOOR-DCS26

Work Requested:
The DeSoto County School District is seeking bids for the installation of Axis Door Stations and Gallagher Door Access systems. The scope of work includes:

The district reserves the right to amend specifications as necessary and will notify all parties who have requested bid packets.

Instructions on Submission:

• Unpriced bid proposals must be submitted by 9:00 AM, CST, on May 21, 2026.
• Bids may be delivered in sealed envelopes to the DeSoto County Schools Central Services Office, Purchasing Department, 5 East South Street, Hernando, MS, or submitted electronically via www.centralbidding.com.
• After evaluation, vendors with acceptable unpriced offers will be invited to submit priced bids.
• The electronic reverse auction for priced bids will be held on May 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM, CST.
