Accounting and Audit Services for Municipal Operations

Background
The City of Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking proposals for accounting and audit services to support its municipal operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective financial management and compliance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive accounting and audit services, which may include but are not limited to: financial statement audits, internal control assessments, compliance audits, and advisory services related to financial reporting.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Qualifications (30%)
- Experience (35%)
- Capacity for performance (30%)
- Estimated cost (5%).

Period of Performance
The performance period for the contract is intended to begin in October 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at City Hall located at 140 Lameuse Street, Biloxi, Mississippi.
