Access Control System Installation and Maintenance Services RFP

Background
The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) is seeking proposals for the installation and maintenance of an Access Control System and CCTV. UMMC is located in Jackson, Mississippi, and aims to enhance its security infrastructure through this contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation and ongoing maintenance of an Access Control System and CCTV systems. Specific tasks include:

1. Installation of access control hardware and software;
2. Integration of CCTV systems with existing security measures;
3. Regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance;
4. Training UMMC staff on the operation of the new systems;
5. Providing technical support as needed.

Period of Performance
