Work Details
The selected supplier will provide high-quality foodservice operations including:

1. **Residential Dining**: Offering diverse meal options that cater to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

2. **Catering Services**: Delivering comprehensive catering for internal and external events, including management of concessions and alcohol sales at campus venues.

3. **Convenience Store Operations**: Managing a 24/7 convenience-style store for students with essential groceries and snacks.

4. **Local Partnerships**: Actively cultivating partnerships with local vendors to incorporate locally sourced products into the dining program.

5. **Technology Integration**: Leveraging modern technology solutions for ordering and customer engagement.

6. **Sustainability Practices**: Implementing waste reduction strategies and eco-friendly packaging.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award for five (5) years, with an option to renew for five (5) additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on the University of Missouri St. Louis campus located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience providing food services in a college or university setting. They must also have local hiring commitments, provide ongoing employee training in various areas including food safety and customer service, maintain operational policies for dining services, and comply with health codes. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to propose participation by Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), or Service-Disabled Veteran Enterprises (SDVE).
