SSS3600HF Concrete Saw Attachment for Skid Steer

Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has determined that only one source, Cuts Inc., can provide the department with a SS3600HF concrete saw attachment for a John Deere 333G skid steer. This determination is in accordance with the Single Feasible Source (SFS) Notification and Determination made by MoDOT.

Work Details
The solicitation requires the provision of a SS3600HF concrete saw attachment for a John Deere 333G skid steer. The contractor must comply with all state and federal laws regarding drug-free workplaces.
The Domestic Products Procurement Act applies to commodity purchases greater than $25,000, requiring goods purchased or leased by any public agency to be manufactured or produced in the United States.
Bidders who can certify that goods or commodities to be provided are manufactured or produced in the United States are entitled to a ten percent (10%) preference over bidders whose products do not qualify.
The Buy American Act requirements do not apply if other exceptions are met.
