The goal of the Tobacco Prevention and Control Youth Leadership Program is to equip youth with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to advocate for smoke-free policies and educate their peers about the dangers of tobacco use. Work Details
The contract involves the implementation of the Tobacco Prevention and Control Youth Leadership Program, which includes:
1. Engaging youth as leaders in tobacco prevention efforts.
2. Developing a policy campaign aimed at educating and mobilizing peers, communities, and decision-makers for smoke-free policy changes.
3. Utilizing proprietary behavior change marketing strategies, specifically Policy 360TM and Evolvement, developed by Rescue Agency Public Benefit, LLC.
4. Implementing the Next to Rise youth engagement program and the Show Me Smokefree policy campaign in Missouri.
The services provided will leverage evidence-based approaches recognized by the CDC.
Period of Performance
June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 with two (2) one-year renewal options.
Place of Performance
The program will be implemented in various communities across Missouri.
