Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Southwest District, has determined that The G.W. Van Keppel Company is the sole authorized distributor for maintenance and repair of Etnyre Equipment within the district. This contract aims to ensure that MoDOT's various Etnyre Oil Distributors and Chip Spreaders receive necessary maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis, supporting the agency's mission to maintain efficient transportation infrastructure.
Work Details
The contractor will provide any and all repair and maintenance services for Etnyre Equipment machinery. All repairs must utilize manufacturer parts, with installation and general maintenance performed by an authorized dealership of Etnyre Equipment. Services will be conducted at The G.W. Van Keppel Company's locations in Springfield, Joplin, or Kansas City.
The contract explicitly excludes the purchase of new Etnyre Equipment; it is solely for the repair and maintenance of existing equipment owned by MoDOT. No project will commence without prior approval from authorized MoDOT personnel, including an assigned Purchase Order number. Updates on the maintenance process must be communicated to MoDOT personnel, especially regarding any delays or new issues that arise during service.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the date of award and extend through April 30, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal options available at MoDOT's discretion.

Bidder Requirements
