Sale and Removal - University of Central Missouri Cheatam-Phillips House

Background
The University of Central Missouri is seeking a vendor to purchase and relocate the Cheatam-Phillips house located on their campus at 414 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, MO. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the sale and removal of the house, which is being sold as-is. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the relocation process.

Work Details
The vendor must purchase and completely remove the Cheatam-Phillips house from the specified location. The removal can involve salvaging various interior and exterior features or complete demolition down to the foundation. The vendor must specify their intended method of removal in their bid response. All contents of the building must be removed within 45 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed, which will be issued after contract execution and payment completion. UCM will disconnect all utilities prior to removal.

Period of Performance
The house must be completely removed from the site within 45 business days following the execution of the contract and receipt of payment.

The work will be performed at 414 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, MO.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with licensing requirements for removal (moving or demolition) established under Missouri laws. Additionally, bidders are required to provide proof of insurance coverage that meets UCM's insurance requirements prior to contract execution.
