RSD 2027 Roof Replacement Project

Scope of Work:
The Rockwood School District is seeking bids for its 2027 District-Wide Roof Replacement Project, which encompasses work at four (4) different locations. The project will involve:

• Fluid applied roof restorations
• Retrofit installations
• Complete roof replacements

Soliciting Organization:
This solicitation is issued by the Rockwood School District.

Background:
The District is undertaking a comprehensive roof replacement and restoration initiative across multiple facilities as part of its 2027 infrastructure improvements.

Contract Requirements:

• All bidders must attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at Rockwood South Middle School, 1628 Hawkins Road, Fenton, MO 63026, on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Only those in attendance will be eligible to submit a qualifying bid.
• Bids must be submitted using the forms provided by the District.

Submission Instructions:

• All bids must be received via email at facilitiesprojectbids@rsdmo.org no later than June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Early submissions are permitted.
• Bids will be recorded, and bid tabulation sheets will be shared with all participants once finalized.
