Background
The City of Branson is seeking bids for the replacement and installation of three rooftop HVAC units at Branson City Hall. The goal is to ensure that the HVAC systems are operational and meet the cooling requirements for various operational areas within the building.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install three Aaon rooftop HVAC units (RTUs 2, 3, and 4) or approved equal. The specific tasks include:
1. Providing all necessary controls, motors, fittings, louvers, ductwork, blowers, and related components.
2. Procurement and setup of a crane for installation.
3. Removal and proper disposal of existing equipment.
4. Installation of curbs to support new rooftop units.
5. Setting and securing new HVAC equipment in place.
6. Connecting new units to existing electrical services including fire panel components.
7. Coordination with C&C group for proper connection of back net devices to online software.
8. Installation of condensate drains.
9. Performing equipment start-up and verifying proper operation.
10. Removal of job-related debris from the premises.
11. Duct and electrical modifications as necessary; existing ductwork may be reused if compatible.
12. Compliance with applicable international codes and regulations, obtaining necessary permits from the City of Branson building department.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the bid documents.

Bidder Requirements
