The City of Nevada, Missouri is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB # 2026-010) for a Pavement Condition Survey. 5. Delivering one hard copy set and one electronic set of collected data in Microsoft Excel format upon completion of each phase of data collection.
6. Providing a written report detailing when and how the data was collected and verified for accuracy in both hard copy and electronic format (Microsoft Word).
Period of Performance
The contract must be completed within four (4) months after the Notice to Proceed.
Place of Performance
The survey will be conducted throughout the City of Nevada, Missouri.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all local, State, and Federal laws. This project is designated as a Prevailing Wage job, requiring adherence to prevailing wage standards. Additionally, contractors must hold a current business license issued by the City of Nevada, furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to the contract amount, and provide proof of General Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance with coverage limits of at least $2 million per occurrence.
