REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) MDC-FY25-0032-SL: Leased Office Space - Hannibal, MO

Background
The Missouri Department of Conservation is seeking quotations for leased office space in Hannibal, Missouri. The goal of this contract is to secure a minimum of 1,500 net rentable square feet of office space to accommodate the operational needs of the department. The facility must be adaptable to the functional requirements of the department and provide a conducive environment for its employees.

Work Details
The supplier must provide a minimum of 1,500 net rentable square feet, including:
- 850 square feet for office space
- 550 square feet for climate-controlled storage
- 100 square feet for non-climate-controlled storage.

The lease will include provisions for light bulbs, pest control, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and trash removal as part of the base rental rate. The contract will have an initial term from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with four one-year renewal options. The facility must comply with all applicable building codes and ADA standards.

Period of Performance
The initial lease period will commence on July 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2026. There are options to renew the lease for four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The leased office space must be located within the city limits of Hannibal, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a 'Vendor No Tax Due' certificate issued by the Missouri Department of Revenue prior to award. Suppliers must be registered in MissouriBUYS to be considered for contract award.
