REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) MDC-FY25-0034-SL: Leased Office Space - Albany, MO

Background
The Missouri Department of Conservation is seeking quotations for leased office space in Albany, Missouri. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a facility from which to deliver services to the citizens of Missouri and conduct departmental business. The selected space must accommodate the operational needs of the department and be adaptable for various functions.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of 533.7 net rentable square feet of office space, including 473.2 square feet for office use and 15 square feet for climate-controlled storage. The facility must include:

- A unisex restroom
- Space for four workstations
- A minimum of nine parking spaces, including one accessible space
- Compliance with all applicable building codes, ADA standards, and safety regulations
- Services included in the base rental rate: light bulb replacement, pest control, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and trash removal.

The lease will have an initial term ending June 30, 2026, with options for four one-year renewals.

Period of Performance
The initial lease period will commence on July 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2026. There are options to renew the lease for four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The leased office space must be located within the city limits of Albany, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a 'Vendor No Tax Due' certificate issued by the Missouri Department of Revenue prior to award. Suppliers must also be registered in MissouriBUYS to be considered for contract award.
