REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) STATE PURCHASE-FY25-0210-SL: Facility HVAC Mechanical Equip. Inspt., Maint., & Repair Services

Background
The State of Missouri, through the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design, and Construction, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive sealed proposals for Facility HVAC Mechanical Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services.

The mission of the Office of Administration is to maintain state assets and assist entities in meeting their facility needs through preventive maintenance and repair services that ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive HVAC mechanical equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair services for various facilities throughout Missouri. This includes:
- Inspection and maintenance of HVAC air side equipment such as rooftop units, split systems, heating systems, humidifiers, exhaust fans, energy recovery ventilators, condensers, air redistribution fans, dampers and actuators.
- Inspection and maintenance of HVAC water side equipment including chillers, boilers, chilled and hot water pumps, valves, control components.
- Services must be performed during regular state agency work hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Emergency response within 30 minutes for critical failures affecting health or safety.
- The contractor must guarantee all services for one year from installation or service performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of award through one year with options for renewal for three additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various facilities throughout the State of Missouri as specified in the RFP.
