Background
The State of Missouri, through the Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Janitorial Products and Chemicals on behalf of the Department of Agriculture for the Missouri State Fair.

Work Details

The contractor must also supply dispensing equipment for all products at no cost to the Missouri State Fair. This includes soap dispensers (approximately 160), towel dispensers (approximately 290), toilet tissue dispensers (approximately 400), feminine product waste receptacles (approximately 210), and chemical dilution centers (approximately 20).
All products must be available for order throughout the contract period with no minimum order quantities or delivery limits. Additionally, the contractor must provide training on equipment operation and janitorial practices at no cost to the fair personnel.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue for one year. There is an option for four additional one-year renewals at the discretion of the Division of Purchasing.

The services will be performed at the Missouri State Fairgrounds located at 2503 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301.
