REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) STATE 0000000159SL: Endpoint Data Loss Prevention Security Services

Background
The State of Missouri, through the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Endpoint Data Loss Prevention Security Services. The purpose of this RFP is to procure a solution that protects sensitive data from unauthorized use and transmission, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and enhancing data security.

The state currently has approximately 40,000 endpoints and 2,400 servers and seeks a standalone solution that will work alongside its existing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Endpoint Data Loss Prevention Security Services, including maintenance, operations, and training. Key requirements include:
- A solution that identifies, monitors, detects, and prevents unauthorized data use.
- Real-time monitoring of data access and usage with customizable notifications for policy violations.
- Support for various data types (documents, emails, etc.) and compliance with NIST 800-53 or ISO 27001 standards.
- Integration with existing security solutions without requiring changes to current infrastructure.
- Training for state personnel on system administration and best practices in deployment and policy management.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of award through two years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division located at 301 W High St., Room 640, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS in 'Prospective' or 'Spend Authorized' status to submit a proposal. They must achieve 'Approved' registration status to be considered for contract award. Additionally, vendors must comply with business registration requirements in Missouri and provide necessary documentation regarding tax compliance and anti-discrimination certifications.
