Mowing I - St. Louis County

Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), specifically the St. Louis District, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide essential vegetation control services along highway rights-of-way. This initiative aims to maintain the aesthetics and safety of the highways by ensuring proper mowing, litter removal, and trimming or spraying services.
The contract is set to commence on March 1, 2025, and will conclude on December 31, 2025, with an option for two additional one-year renewals.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following services for one growing season:
- Mowing services along I-55 in St. Louis County from Weber Road to the Meramec River.
- Mowing services along I-255 in St. Louis County from the I-55 Interchange to the Mississippi River.
- Litter removal and disposal across specified areas.
- Trimming or spraying as directed by the Engineer.
Additionally, a bid bond is required as part of the submission process.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from March 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. There is an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed along highway rights-of-way in St. Louis County, specifically on I-55 and I-255.
