Background
The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) are seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide promotional products.

The goal of this contract is to supply various promotional items that will support the agency's outreach and public engagement efforts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued under the authority of the Missouri Department of Transportation, which aims to enhance its visibility and community interaction through these products.

- Keychains
- Die-cut bags
- Plastic water bottles
- Hacky Sacks
- Crayons
- Stress Balls/Cones
- Sunglasses
- Chip Clips
- Magnets
- Hand Sanitizer
- Hot/cold packs
- Playing Cards
- Yard Signs
- Toothpick dispensers
- Bandage dispensers
- Cooling Towels
- Stickers
- Notepads
- Pens
- Portable Folding Fans
- Lanyards
- Luggage Tags
- Drawstring Bags
- Air Fresheners
- Pop-Its
- Flashers
- Notebooks
- Umbrellas
- Chap Stick. Each item is required in a quantity of one each (1 EAC).

Period of Performance
The original contract period will commence from the date of award and will last for one year. There are three additional one-year renewal options available at the discretion of MoDOT.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the state of Missouri as specified by MoDOT.
