Work Details
The selected vendor will provide managed cybersecurity services that include:
1. Managed EDR (Endpoint Protection and Monitoring): Support and management of district-owned computers, laptops, and servers from an endpoint security perspective, including monitoring, threat analysis, remediation, and communication with the technology department.
2. Implementation and management of a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management): Real-time analysis of event data for early detection of attacks and breaches, log data collection for incident response and compliance.
3. 24/7 SOC (Security Operations Center) service: Continuous monitoring to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents with threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
4. Additional requirements include completion of a K12 CVAT Risk Assessment and submission of pricing details in an attached spreadsheet.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and continue through June 30, 2029.
There is an option for two additional twelve-month renewals upon mutual agreement.
Place of Performance
All services must be performed within the United States, ensuring that all Rockwood School District data remains in the United States.
