The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Southwest District (SW District) has determined that only one source, Kimco USA, Inc. can provide the department with complete Stainless Steel Salt Conveyor parts and service repair on an as needed / if needed basis, for MoDOT's Kimco Conveyors that are used for our Salt delivery. The SW District has (4) four Kimco Conveyors - (2) KC2470SSP / KH3T, (1) KC2450SSP / KH3T and (1) KC2475SSP / KH4T. This contract will be good from award through November 30, 2025.
Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Southwest District (SW District) has determined that only one source, Kimco USA, Inc., can provide complete Stainless Steel Salt Conveyor parts and service repair on an as-needed basis for MoDOT's Kimco Conveyors used for salt delivery.

The SW District operates four Kimco Conveyors: two KC2470SSP / KH3T, one KC2450SSP / KH3T, and one KC2475SSP / KH4T. This contract aims to ensure the operational efficiency of these conveyors through timely repairs and parts replacement.

Work Details
The contractor will provide parts and service repairs for the following Kimco Conveyors: 2 x KC2470SSP / KH3T, 1 x KC2450SSP / KH3T, and 1 x KC2475SSP / KH4T.

Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, including freight charges or service calls depending on the required parts and location of service. The contract emphasizes the need for comprehensive support for the conveyor systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of award through November 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations designated by MoDOT within the Southwest District of Missouri.
