Description

MoDOT seeks a qualified contractor to install an E|ONE Model DX152 Explosion Proof Grinder Pump Station and appurtenances. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Michael.Yoder@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Mandatory site visit in order for bid to be accepted. In the event a potential bidder is not able to attend the pre-bid meeting they shall schedule a site visit with Randy Whyde (816)-365-0756 for their bid to be accepted.
Background
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor for the KC District Harrisonville Maintenance Complex Force Main Project. The goal of this contract is to install an E|ONE® Model DX152 Explosion Proof Grinder Pump Station and its associated appurtenances. This project is part of MoDOT's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve transportation facilities across the state.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation of an E|ONE® Model DX152 Explosion Proof Grinder Pump Station along with all necessary appurtenances. This includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the installation as per the specifications provided in the solicitation documents.

A mandatory site visit is required prior to bid submission. Potential bidders must contact Randy Whyde to schedule this visit if they cannot attend the pre-bid meeting.

The contract performance period is from October 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM CDT to November 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST.
