Jerry Hughes Athletic Center LED Display Equipment and Installation

Background
The University of Central Missouri is seeking bids for the installation of LED display equipment at the Jerry Hughes Athletic Center. This project aims to enhance the athletic facilities and improve the overall experience for events held at the center. The contract is part of the university's ongoing commitment to upgrade its sports infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and installing two main components:

1) A Scorers Table LED Display
2) A Center Hung LED Display

Each display must include all necessary installation services, materials, and warranties as specified in the solicitation documents. The Scorers Table LED Display is to be supplied and installed as a complete system, including all associated costs such as delivery, storage, and installation labor. The Center Hung LED Display also requires a complete installation service with similar inclusions. Additionally, both displays must come with a seven-year systematic parts warranty and a five-year additional warranty as outlined in the specifications.

Period of Performance
The installation of the Scorers Table LED Display is scheduled to start on September 30, 2025, with final completion by October 5, 2025. The Center Hung LED Display installation is expected to begin on October 20, 2025, and be completed by October 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Jerry Hughes Athletic Center located at 500 So. Washington Street, Warrensburg, MO.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register in the UCM Ebid system to submit their proposals. They are required to provide proof of insurance that meets UCM requirements and submit performance and payment bonds upon contract execution. Additionally, bidders must comply with prevailing wage laws and ensure that all workers are compensated according to these regulations.
