Janitorial Services - Warsaw

Background
The State of Missouri's Office of Administration, specifically the Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction (FMDC), is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at state-leased buildings located in Warsaw, Missouri.
The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the building's tenants and the general public.
The current facility at 1330 Commercial Street houses multiple tenant agencies including the FSD/DSS Resource Center, Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services, and Missouri Department of Social Services.
The building encompasses approximately 3,332 square feet and requires cleaning five times a week.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services including but not limited to: daily trash removal, cleaning glass surfaces, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, disinfecting restrooms and kitchens, and maintaining cleanliness in secure areas.
Specific tasks include:
- Daily cleaning tasks performed five days a week such as emptying waste containers, cleaning restroom fixtures, vacuuming carpets, sweeping hard surfaces, and mopping floors with disinfectant.
- Weekly tasks include washing wastebaskets and cleaning air diffusers.
- Monthly tasks involve deep cleaning carpets and scrubbing hard surface floors.
- Semi-annual requirements include deep carpet cleaning and stripping/refinishing hard surface floors.
The contractor must also supply all necessary equipment and environmentally preferable cleaning supplies while adhering to safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of award through one year.
